Terms & Conditions of Service

These terms and conditions fully describe the terms under which services are provided by NPPN.

• NPPN provides an independent medical and research specimen collection, processing, and delivery service. NPPN IS NOT a medical laboratory and does not conduct laboratory testing.
• Once specimens are delivered, NPPN has no control over the handling, processing, testing of specimens, or reporting of results. The laboratory is solely responsible.
• There is a possibility that inadequate samples or no samples will be obtained due to laboratory-specific requirements that cannot be performed in the field.
• PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT NPPN ABOUT YOUR TEST RESULTS. Contact your prescribing practitioner or the laboratory directly.
• Services require a valid laboratory order from an authorized medical practitioner.
• NPPN is NOT a medical practice and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, or medical advice.
• NPPN is not a limousine or personal courier service and cannot transport patients or deliver personal items.
• Services are provided in stationary locations only — not inside vehicles or public locations.
• NPPN is a NON-EMERGENT service and should NOT be used for STAT or URGENT laboratory orders.
• Scheduling is first-come, first-serve with medical need prioritization when appropriate. Contact within 24-48 hours of request.
• 48-hour cancellation policy: less than 48 hours' notice incurs 50% fee; no-shows incur full fee.
• Services are provided on an 'AS IS, AS AVAILABLE' basis with limited liability as permitted by law.
